Work Commencement Definition:
Work is considered to have commenced as soon as any of the following actions occur:

  • Any access provided to third-party tools, services, or platforms on your behalf.

2. Custom Services and Digital Products

All services provided by Launchpad Leaders are highly customized to meet the specific needs of each client. As such, they cannot be resold or reused. Because of this, once work begins, refunds are not possible.
